Vivid Food's inaugural Regional Dinner Series spans some of Sydney’s finest restaurants – all to highlight the rich culinary identity and stories of NSW, with each event focusing on a different region.
Headlining the Series is renowned chef and cookbook author Yotam Ottolenghi with A Shared Table with Yotam Ottolenghi, where he will host an exclusive dinner and lunch. Collaborations across the 12 events include: Danielle Alvarez x Mindy Woods; Christine Manfield x Sander Nooij; Ben Devlin x Lennox Hastie; Frank Fawkner x Allesandro Pavoni; Troy Rhoades-Brown x Nik Hill; Luke Piccolo x Giovanni Pilu, and Stephen Santucci x Scott McComas-Williams.
