Sunday Sessions

Mix it up each Sunday with the globally celebrated crew from Sydney’s Maybe Sammy – one of The World’s 50 Best Bars – as they show off their skills with three cockle-warming cocktails: the Jasmine Negroni, Lychee Martini and Eucalyptus Gimlet.   
 
Throughout the night, the crew will run through their recipes with live demonstrations in The Harbour Bar, led by celebrated bartender Emre Bilgin.
