Long Weekend Dessert Takeover

Four nights of dessert magic transforms the Fire Kitchen over the June long weekend, perfect for families and anyone with a sweet tooth.

From Friday 5 to Monday 8 June, enjoy exclusive sweet treats from dessert vendors, including Bon Brulee, Gelato Messina, KOI Desserts, Mr Spanish Churro, The Coffee Mill, THICC S’mores Bar and Yummy Yummy Knafeh.

Plus, each night a dessert master takes to the Food For Thought Stage each night for Sweet Heat – a series of cooking demonstrations over fire, featuring baking queen Emilia Jackson (Fri 5), pâtissier Adriano Zumbo (Sat 6), Gelato Messina head chef Donato Toce (Sun 7) and MasterChef winner Laura Sharrad (Mon 8).
