REELIZE STUDIO

REELIZE STUDIO

Reelize Studio is a Melbourne-based collective working at the intersection of light, technology, and immersive storytelling. The studio creates large-scale installations that fuse digital systems with architectural form — transforming public space into portals of light, sound, and data-driven expression.

Reelize’s practice centres on the emotional and conceptual potential of light. Their work explores themes such as machine vision, collective memory, digital identity, and the psychological effects of technology in the built environment. Each installation becomes a living system — often reactive, rhythmic, and deeply spatial.

Known for pairing clean geometric design with evolving, responsive content, Reelize collaborates with a wide network of sound designers, engineers, and AV technicians to bring complex ideas to life. Their works are both visually striking and conceptually layered — inviting the public to not only observe, but to reflect, interact, and become part of the system itself.

Enter the AI mainframe with Voxelevated, an archway of light, knowledge and power that is equal parts awe-inspiring and ominous.

Journey through a glowing grid with LED cubes – or voxels, the 3D equivalent of pixels – suspended in mid-air and moving in-sync with a soundtrack reminiscent of a glitchy hymn.

Soak in the endless information that shines down, as scenes move between AI’s dystopic and utopic potential, ranging from shadowy surveillance to imagery evoking growth, prosperity and creative innovation.

Are you ready to be Voxelevated? And be sure to check out OBSTACLE, another large-scale installation from Melbourne design studio REELIZE.
