Make waves (or just a gentle ripple) with REFLECT, an interactive water and light installation where your splashes and taps are mirrored in real time via a meditative light projection.
Tucked away in the Union Bond Store (47 George St), a quiet enclave in The Rocks, REFLECT offers a moment of pause along the Vivid Light. Sitting still (but not for long) is a large water basin, waiting for you to break the tension.
Every touch and swirl disturbs the ripples of light above, as sensors track and translate the water surface’s movements into mesmerising patterns, synchronised to an ethereal ambient soundtrack.
REFLECT has a simple beauty and message: everything we do ripples out. Let it wash over you.
