Awesome Black returns to Carriageworks with a free Block Party takeover – a one-night all ages celebration of Blak music, Culture and community for Vivid Sydney.

Headlined by Mob favourites Tasman Keith and Wire MC (plus special guests on the night), Awesome Black has called up some of best artists on the scene. Like a live mixtape, emcees will perform their biggest tracks then pass the mic alongside DJs, dance competitions and the Awesome Black House Band tying it all together.

The lineup is stacked with talent, including Akala Newman, Mr Rhodes, Mari., Prodikal-1, Chill Cheney, AP BREEZIN, Source Decay, Desert Empress, Izzy and Lehm – each bringing their own sound, story and fire to the stage. This is more than a gig – it’s a place to move, to listen, and to be part of something bigger.
