Peter’s cuisine is inspired by nature, and he was one of the first chefs in Australia to embrace heirloom varieties of vegetables. Peter is also one of the most awarded chefs in Australia, with Quay winning Three Chefs Hats for an unprecedented 18 years in a row.

Each evening of Our Shared Humanity will see a different leading Australian chef on the pans collaborating with Refettorio OzHarvest. Here, they’ll plate up their own unique take on a three-course vegetarian menu, made using rescued produce. By sharing in a meal at Refettorio OzHarvest, you’ll help feed Sydney’s vulnerable communities.
