Join us at Refettorio OzHarvest for a series of exclusive, leading chef-curated dinners that celebrate culinary creativity and our shared human experience.
Refettorio OzHarvest, a collaboration between OzHarvest and renowned chef Massimo Bottura's charity Food for Soul, will transform into a feast of creativity for Vivid Sydney.
Each night of the series, one of Australia’s best chefs will work with OzHarvest to plate up their unique take on a vegetarian three course menu with snacks, using rescued, NSW ingredients and weaving the theme of humanity into every dish.
