Vivid Sydney 2026 pre-booked Accessible Vehicle Parking expression of interest
Vivid Sydney offers complimentary bookable accessible vehicle parking to assist visitors with accessibility requirements in getting to and from the festival.
As spaces are limited, bookings must be made in advance. Please read the Terms & Conditions and complete the form below if you require accessible vehicle parking for Vivid Sydney 2026. Once your request has been submitted, a Vivid Sydney representative will contact you via email to confirm your booking and provide further details.
- Vivid Sydney will take place from 22 May – 13 June 2026
- Lights On is 6pm – 11pm daily.
Accessible vehicle parking locations include:
- Hickson Road – provides access to the Hickson Road Reserve Accessible Viewing Area, The Rocks and Campbells Cove.
- Loftus Street – provides access to Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House.

To ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible, we may restrict bookings to one or two bookings per group. Submitting an expression of interest does not automatically confirm a parking bay.

Pre-booked accessible vehicle parking terms and conditions
1. Submitting an expression of interest for pre-booked accessible vehicle parking does not guarantee a parking bay.
2. Accessible vehicle parking is strictly limited and, depending on demand, may be restricted to one booking per group.
3. If all parking allocations are exhausted, you may be placed on a standby list and contacted if a parking bay becomes available.
4. Entry to the accessible vehicle parking area is permitted with a valid Vehicle Access Pass (VAP) only. The VAP is not transferable.
5. Parking is valid only for the vehicle listed and for the date and time specified on the VAP.
6. The VAP must be displayed on the dashboard and driver-side window of the vehicle and presented at road closure points to traffic control and Vivid Sydney Guest Services.
7. The VAP is issued only for vehicles identified as access vehicles with a valid mobility parking permit transporting guests with accessibility requirements and their companions to Vivid Sydney.
8. Vehicles must park only in designated bays as directed by traffic control and must comply with all applicable road rules.
9. Parking conditions may change subject to NSW Police and traffic control directions, including in the event of safety risks or operational requirements.
10. Vivid Sydney Guest Services staff and traffic controllers are unable to assist guests in entering or exiting vehicles.
11. Vivid Sydney attracts high pedestrian volumes. Drivers must exercise caution when entering and exiting these areas and are advised to keep hazard lights activated.
12. Any vehicle that remains parked outside the allocated time specified on the VAP may be towed at the owner’s expense.
