Middle Kids

Hot on the heels of a hugely successful tour, supporting musical legends like Paul Kelly and Grammy winners The War on Drugs, Sydney’s own Middle Kids will release their hotly anticipated debut album Lost Friends on May 4. Following their worldwide breakthrough with first single ‘Edge of Town’, be there as the band perform songs from Lost Friends and revisit hits from their self-titled EP, in the intimate setting of The Joan Sutherland Theatre.

Lost Friends explores the beautiful, yet chaotic heart of the ideals that unify us in an era of divisiveness. Vocalist and writer Hannah Joy brings a huge depth of emotion to her musings on love, and hope, while bassist Tim Fitz and drummer Harry Day contribute melodies and rhythms that make the band hard to categorise, but easy to fall in love with.
