Michelle Little Sings the Songs of Patsy Cline @ Camelot Lounge

“Michelle Little Sings the Songs of Patsy Cline” takes you on an emotional journey through the songs and stories that made the legend. Michelle, who recently released a live recording of the show, has been staging her tribute at the Tamworth Country Music Festival for the past nine years to rave reviews. Fans can’t get enough of Michelle’s version of classics like “Crazy” and “I Fall To Pieces”.

Sydney Conservatorium trained and originally from near Dubbo in regional NSW, Michelle Little has been touring nationally and internationally for more than twenty years. She has performed at festivals from Mildura to Nashville and venues from The Blue Bird Café to the Sydney Opera House. She has released two full albums with both receiving airplay in Australia and overseas. With her heart-wrenching vocals and a band of top musicians, Michelle Little’s tribute to Patsy Cline is like no other.

Facemeat: Questions For Mum @ Django Bar

On the back of their third successful run at Adelaide Fringe Festival, Sydney act Facemeat return to Django Bar as part of VIVID SYDNEY with a sneak peek of their new material ahead of the release of their second album for Art As Catharsis Records. Building on their Rock Opera the band seamlessly blends a vast spoken word narrative with diegetic and non-diegetic music.

Across two sets of contrasting tones the journey examines the awful secrets of an old family home and traces their ripple effect down the generations. Musically the show traverses everything from rock through blues, motown, afrobeat to cha-cha-cha, while the text deals in tones elegiac, wry, reflective and absurd.
