Kiddo Disco @ Home The Venue

Kiddo Disco was conceived by DJ Kate Monroe, and her partner, after the birth of their son in 2006 to answer the question Where can we go to hear good music under the mirror ball with our kids? With over 25 years in the business, and a reputation for professionalism, consistency and flair for fun, Kate continues to develop Kiddo Disco. She has built a solid following with kids and their parents all over Sydney.

Kiddo Disco’s energetic dancers and DJ’s give the kids disco dancing lessons, as well as playing games and providing a dynamic and engaging visual aspect for kids and parents alike. It is the uplifting, positive, kid-focused tunes that drive the energy of Kiddo Disco with Kate at the helm on the turntables. Each Kiddo Disco event is themed and encourages families to engage in the creative aspects of going to a dress up disco. The Kiddo Disco’s craft area is manned by our very experienced craft masters who help the Kiddo’s create special elements to add to the magic of Kiddo Disco and are a take home treat for the kids. Some elements are from recycled bits and bobs. It also teaches the kids to use regular things you can find at home to create magic and fun.

This Vivid Music Season sees Kiddo Disco and Home The Venue partner up each Saturday from 25 May to 15 June to Bring 4 Special GLOW IN THE DARK Parties to families visiting the Darling Harbour precinct.
