Harpoon Harry's X|Celerate Program Extravaganza

For the third year running Picnic Touring + Events have arranged four weeks of world class music for our Harry’s x Vivid Sydney 2019 program. 

Engaging and cutting-edge entertainment featuring the best local, interstate and world renowned DJs and producers over three - four nights per week;  all for free with the exclusion of our 9th ticketed House Party.

Back by popular demand, every Thursday night during Vivid, Harry’s will present Thursday Night Live — a night of emerging and established live electronic acts with supporting DJs. From New Zealand’s jazz and funk leaning multi talented Drummer, Producer, Dj and Visual Artist Julien Dyne; to the svelte aural palette of Melbourne’s Makeda; ambient live meditation music from Roy Batty Jr and live dub and warm electronics from Low Flung for Sydney’s Ken Oath Records label night. 

Fridays and Saturdays at Harry’s will see a continuation of the consistently flawless programming we’ve come to love featuring the best local and interstate; this year we’ll focus on the sounds of two of Melbourne’s hottest parties Animals Dancing and Daydreams; two almighty all night back to back DJ sets from Melbourne music royalty JNETT and the king of Sydney Simon Caldwell and Sydney’s saving grace Kali b2b with the girl in everyone hearts Adi Toohey.

One of the most enduring figures in Australian music, Paul Mac, will play for the Here To Hell event - the new label run by Kim Moyes (Presets) and Mike Callander (Revolver. Melb) who also make up Zero Percent playing on the night.

Melbourne’s fun phenomenon Total Giovanni will whip the dance floor into insanity with their high energy via all night DJ set and Motorik and Lovejoy will hold the torch for Sydney promoters old and new. 

Add in a long weekend House Party with Dan from Cut Copy DJs and a DJ set from Australia’s brightest light Melbourne’s Harvey Sutherland and it’s makes for 12 events, over four weeks at one venue you won’t be leaving for the whole of Vivid Sydney 2019.
