THE NIGHT MARKET
Showcasing the very best producers and chefs from across Sydney and Regional NSW, these markets will be Sydney’s first large scale immersive contemporary food and wine event. As well as hosting the markets, Carriageworks will curate a series of exclusive dinners bringing together Sydney’s best chefs and creative minds.
Curated by Carriageworks Farmers Market Creative Director Mike McEnearney THE NIGHT MARKET will profile over 200 NSW producers including wine makers from across the 14 wine regions of NSW. Carriageworks will bring together NSW leading chefs who will use NSW produce to create dishes that will be cooked over fire and on a large scale.
