Event Details

Technology now engulfs our lives. From communication to education, to mobility and just about everything else you can imagine, technology is all around us. Given all the advantages, we happily adopt new technologies into our daily lives. We are now so attached to devices such as our smartphones that, for most of us, checking it is the first thing we do in the morning and the last thing we do at night.

The more reliant on technology we become, the more our dependence has collateral consequences. This workshop aims to raise awareness of the negative impacts that technology can have on us. More importantly, it aims to provide you with tools to help you better manage your use of technology and improve your resilience to technology-induced stress. You’ll even learn to harness the power of positive technology-induced stress.
