Benjamin Law is an Australian writer, broadcaster and screenwriter. He’s the author of The Family Law, Gaysia, and editor of Growing Up Queer in Australia, with work across 50+ publications including The Monthly and The Guardian. He co-created Netflix’s Wellmania, SBS’s The Family Law, and ABC’s Waltzing the Dragon and regularly interviews public figures for Good Weekend. A PhD holder in creative writing and cultural studies, Benjamin is also an ambassador for multiple organisations and serves on the boards of Story Factory and Co-Curious. He lives and works on Gadigal Country.
