Elicia has been part of the investment team at AirTree since 2016. Prior to AirTree, Elicia worked in Enterprise Sales at LinkedIn and a B2B SaaS start-up in Sydney. She also worked in Investment Banking as part of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications M&A team at Credit Suisse.

Liz is a senior leader in technology at the CSIRO Data61, and the Director and Founder of the Ribit platform. Ribit is an online marketplace which matches innovative companies and startups to post-secondary students with digital and STEM skills for part-time roles, internships and projects.

Prior to joining OneVentures as Principal, Grant was Australian Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Sponsors for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has over twenty years’ experience in Australian and cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital markets at global investment banks.

Charles has 20 years of experience in Indigenous affairs across Australia including roles such as CEO at National Aboriginal Sporting Chance Academy, and CEO at Supply Nation and is currently a part of Lendlease’s Indigenous Supplier Diversity initiative

John is the Managing Director and CEO of Peloton Blockchain. Prior to Peloton Blockchain, John was previously General Manager Australia/Pacific at Broadridge, the S&P listed $10 billion market cap fintech, where he focused on business growth, product strategy and account management. John held a number of roles at Macquarie Group.

Prior to founding, Matt was a performance improvement manager within some of Australia’s largest corporations.

In 2003, Angela joined Macquarie Radio Network as CEO, leading the business to a listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2005. Angela is currently the CEO of Beem It, a payments fintech founded by three banks and was previously Executive General Manager of Small Business at the Commonwealth Bank.

Rebekah is founder and CEO of a new education platform, Zambesi.com, which empowers industry experts to create and lead public and in-house training programs. She’s best known as the cofounder of Co-Founder of Hey You, Australia’s largest technology application for cafes and quick service restaurants.

Robert Wickham leads Salesforce’s Specialised teams for Platform & Emerging Technologies across Asia Pacific – this includes Lightning Platform, Heroku, Einstein Analytics, Quip & CPQ. Robert also directs Salesforce’s regional program for start-ups. He is a highly sort after public speaker and media contributor.
