Perspective at Infinity by Mark Best

Perspective is a multi-sensory immersive dining experience unfolding over 90 minutes, guiding guests through a journey inspired by the landscapes surrounding the iconic Sydney Tower, set inside award-winning rotating restaurant Infinity by Mark Best.

Set high above the city, Perspective invites guests to connect deeply with place through all senses, as a carefully curated menu celebrates each shifting perspective, together with evocative scent, sound, and visual art. 

As the restaurant slowly rotates, so does the story – each chapter of the menu tied to a distinct landscape. Perspective's menu and sensory journey moves through three distinct environments beginning in the vibrant Urban backdrop, a thriving hub of energy, texture and culture.

Next comes the Maritime, with the brine, breeze and ocean of the Harbour and beyond, travelling north towards the stunning Hunter Valley.

From here, Perspective culminates in the mountains and cool climates of the Great Dividing Range and beyond.
Each landscape is brought to life beyond the plate, too. Custom scents created by Sydney perfumer Craig Andrade of The Raconteur drift through each course. Original soundscapes by Blue Mountains artist Gail Priest shift the atmosphere from one world to the next. Portraits by Mark Best frame each perspective, highlighting suppliers, their time and place.

Led by culinary icon and chef Mark Best alongside Young Chef of the Year Jen Kwok Lee and sommelier Polly Mackarel, Perspective showcases exceptional food, wine, and beverage producers from each region.
