Event Details

Carriageworks welcomes back our popular Night Market during Vivid Sydney. Curated by Australia’s leading sustainable chef Matt Stone, this one-night-only event will celebrate sustainable food practices, embrace authenticity and focus on using the best produce from across NSW. Showcasing an exciting and diverse array of Sydney’s restaurants, bars and producers, Carriageworks comes alive with local hospitality, music, food demonstrations and live entertainment.

Stallholders include some Sydney staples, such as Queen Chow, Sake, Three Blue Ducks and Messina, alongside sustainable NSW and Australian producers Bondi Oysters, DHUWAA Coffee, Vannella Cheese and more. Plus, if you need something to wash it down, there will also be your favourite local brewers and distillers, including Wildflower Brewing and Blending, Mr Black Spirits and Seadrift Distillery to name a few.
