To bring world-class chefs and once-in-a-lifetime culinary experiences to Vivid Food’s second year, Vivid Sydney has teamed up with Taste of Sydney for a series of innovative collaborations and events celebrating the incredible diversity and quality of NSW produce.
Feel the heat at Vivid Fire Kitchen, the festival’s FREE hub of flame-fuelled food, demonstrations and festivities, featuring fire installations, international pitmasters and local BBQ heroes.
The plate becomes the playground at the Vivid Chef Series, pairing cutting-edge global chefs with iconic Sydney restaurants and chefs for a series of unique collaborative dinners, featuring: The Charles Brasserie & Bar x Sally Abé, Aalia x Ivan Brehm and Fred’s x Max Coen.
And for Vivid Residence, one of Brazil’s best and the world’s most sustainable restaurants takes over Ploos for a two-week residency. Chef Manoella Buffara, a true trailblazer of sustainable dining and Latin America's Best Female Chef 2022, brings her culinary artistry to Sydney for the first time. She’ll work alongside head chef Peter Conistis at this stunning harbourside spot.
