Event Details

Better known as Royal Headache’s spellbinding singer Shogun, Tim Wall has been performing a suite of solo material recently. Drawing from a long history of “obsessive compulsive songwriting” he will share some of his more exposing work and deliver a glimpse into 15 years worth of gems and failures when he takes to the mirrored stage at Golden Age Cinema and Bar.

Punk heroes Royal Headache have glided on waves of fan adoration and frequent implosions that lead to several band break ups and make ups. Their unmissable live shows were largely attributed to Tim Wall’s captivating, roaming performances. An inimitable style, he is now flogging with a self-described different aura, showing the audience a more reflective, sometimes sad and comparatively quiet side, with that same distinctive vocal gusto.

Tim Wall will be reinterpreting songs from the Royal Headache catalogue alongside independently crafted tunes that he hopes will dissolve the fourth wall between himself and the audience.
