Event Details

At Cushman & Wakefield we champion diversity and inclusion in our workplace, our thinking and our culture. We are delighted to be the inaugural Access and Inclusion partner for Vivid Sydney. We have set ourselves the ambitious challenge of how to create sensory rich experiences where all children can play, participate and belong, including those with special needs.

We are engaging some of the most amazing creative minds, from artists to designers to technologists. Together with experts in special needs care, families of special needs children, engineers, builders, industry leaders and people who are passionate about inclusion, we will ideate around how to achieve this ambition.

Inspired by Vivid Sydney, where ideas and creativity meet, this Ideation Session will break down the barriers of social exclusion and isolation that children with special needs and their families experience every day. We would like for you to be part of this team that will make a real difference to so many families.

What is the Ideation Session solving for: How we can create sensory rich experiences where all children can play, participate and belong, including those with special needs? Come armed with your best ideas, a willingness to collaborate and together, as a carefully curated community, we will create positive change for children with special needs and their families to participate more fully in experiences.

Following the session, we invite you to stay for networking with other participants and of course invite you to be part of the community that will take the initiatives forward. A certificate of appreciation will be given to each participant in recognition of their contribution.
