This epic performance marks Spiritualized’s triumphant return to Vivid Sydney and first Sydney show in a decade.

As much an existential yearning as a definitive statement, Spaceman’s excursions from this ninth album Everything Was Beautiful often start as noodling sketches and spiral into sprawling, post-operatic catharsis. Veering between bittersweet melancholy and heady euphoria, there’s nothing to do but surrender into this vortex and ride it through multiple dimensions until you emerge – somehow transmuted – to discover that reality will never the same.
