So you think you have a creative idea? Now to convince your team, sponsor, buyer, investor, or donor. The more time you have invested in your idea without sharing it, the more likely it is you’ve convinced yourself it's great and the harder it is to convince others.  Now imagine you have been asked to propose your idea on the way to a meeting: you have less than 3 minutes to present the idea and probably less to make an impact.
