Event Details

Technology now engulfs our lives. From the way we communicate and the way we learn to our mobility, technology is all around us. Given all the advantages that technology provides, we happily adopt it into our daily lives. We are now so attached to technologies such as our smartphones that, for most of us, checking the device is the first thing we do in the morning and the last thing we do at night.

The more reliant on technology we become, the more our dependence has collateral consequences. This workshop aims to raise awareness of the negative impacts that technology can have on us and, more importantly, provides you with tools to help you better manage your use of technology and improve your resilience to technology-induced stress. You’ll even learn to harness the power of positive technology-induced stress.
