Maker Design Awards launching at Vivid Ideas 2015. design100 is excited to announce the launch of 3 new maker categories in the global [city] design awards programs. In 2015 these programs incorporate New York, Sydney, London, Melbourne and Chicago.

Maker Design is a new addition to our program categories and will provide recognition for all those involved in the maker community and celebrate the disruptive role it plays in the global design economy.  

Launching at Vivid Ideas 2015, we extend an open invitation to the local maker community to participate in a community discussion, led by Mark Bergin on the maker revolution.  Now is the time to be noticed for your maker projects.
