Stuart is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor in businesses which aim to make the world a little bit better. He is co-founder and Co-CEO of Flave, Chairman of Forpurpose Co – the profit arm of Ozharvest, and a co-founder of corporate advisory firm TWIYO Capital. Prior to this, he was CEO of Mexican restaurant chain Zambrero, where he oversaw the company's growth from $1m to $75m in sales in six years and expanded the business into three countries.
