In a digital and distracted age, communication clarity and meaningful conversations are even more challenging.
How do we take this to another level?
In this two-hour interactive workshop, explore how developing sensory acuity in our staff helps business collaborate and communicate at a higher level (the energy in and beyond words and images).
We may know our own style and even that of our colleagues, our customers, but how do encode it into our conversations? Great communication is a dance of energy with each other and not to each other.
Technology has made multisensory marketing more of a reality and neuromarketing means we can measure the impact of our communication on the brain, so can we develop new neural pathways and rewire our brains to become great(er) communicators?
Who should attend?
- Creative and marketing professionals
- Managers and trainers
- Communication and marketing students
- If you're interested in improving workplace and brand conversations, helping enterprise connect, collaborate and communicate at a higher level.
The workshop will be led by Barb Jones of Creative Catalyst Insights (CCI), an insights agency. Having facilitated thousands of discussion forums, strategy workshops and in-depth interviews, Barb is fascinated by the stories and behaviour manifest in the spoken and unspoken words, the visible and invisible visual cues.
This event is presented by Creative Catalyst Insights.
