Coding and Inventing with Galileo in the Classroom – FOR TEACHERS

Designed for teachers, this facilitated workshop will take you through how to teach coding and designing technologies in the classroom using an Intel® Galileo.
In a time where technological change is underpinning innovation across our economy, whether it be in finance, retail, agriculture, healthcare and manufacturing, young people need to be equipped with skills that enable them not just to consume technology but to create and design it.
Teachers will be taken through how create an Intel® Galileo Gen 2 development board project for students in a classroom environment to help foster creativity, critical thinking and problem solving.
Participants will receive an Intel® Galileo Kit and a Teacher’s Guide to the Intel Galileo, which is linked to curricula outcomes.
