Fred’s x Max Coen

26-29 May
Max Coen of Dorian, the Notting Hill hotspot, joins forced with Ben Greeno of Paddington institution Fred’s for a unique series of four dinners. Their bold but simple menu heroes both Max’s mastery of wood-fire flavours and single-ingredient focus and Hussein’s hyper seasonal, honest cooking. The result is a celebration of quality NSW ingredients, precise techniques and the joy of gathering for a delicious meal.

The Charles Brasserie & Bar x Sally Abé

28-30 May
Slide into a lush leather booth for this Chef Series pairing that fuses the bold but refined British nostalgia of Sally Abé (The Pem) with Billy Hannigan’s classic French decadence in the grand setting of The Charles Brasserie and Bar. The Charles head pastry chef Rhiann Mead (former head pastry chef at Bennelong) will also join Sally and Billy in the kitchen to craft an innovative, exuberant dessert, the perfect end to a night of culinary creativity.
