International & Local Chefs at Vivid Sydney

To bring world-class chefs and once-in-a-lifetime culinary experiences to Vivid Food’s second year, Vivid Sydney has teamed up with Taste of Sydney for a series of innovative collaborations and events celebrating the incredible diversity and quality of NSW produce.

Feel the heat at Vivid Fire Kitchen, the festival’s FREE hub of flame-fuelled food, demonstrations and festivities, featuring fire installations, international pitmasters and local BBQ heroes.

The plate becomes the playground at the Vivid Chef Series, pairing cutting-edge global chefs with iconic Sydney restaurants and chefs for a series of unique collaborative dinners, featuring: The Charles Brasserie & Bar x Sally Abé, Aalia x Ivan Brehm, The Porter House x Selassie Atadika and Fred’s x Max Coen.
