Caroline Casey joined Yahoo7 as Director of Product and Audience in February 2014. Responsible for growing the Yahoo7 audience as well as the development and enrichment of its consumer products, Caroline is the driving force behind ensuring Yahoo7 provides a seamless user experience across its product suite, operating as a daily habit for millions of Australians.

Caroline’s extensive background in digital development, content production and management has seen Yahoo7’s digital assets go from strength to strength. Her remit includes the on demand TV service PLUS7, Tumblr, Yahoo7 Mail, 7News, 7Sport, Entertainment, Lifestyle sites and the Yahoo7 frontpage. 

Caroline has held a number of senior management roles, and has worked across Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom for some of the world’s biggest media brands including A+E Networks UK, CNN International, Turner Broadcasting and Fairfax Media. Caroline previously oversaw digital strategy and product development for A+E Networks across Europe, managed Turner Broadcasting’s gaming and social media joint venture in Asia and digital development for Turner Broadcasting’s suite of digital entertainment brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and a Graduate Diploma in Media and Communications from Deakin University.

His monthly Mobile Marketing Meetups have over 1300 members in Melbourne and Sydney, discussing issues such as Ad Blocking, Ad Fraud, viewability and monetisation for media professionals on both the supply and buy side.

With over 15 years experience in senior digital, sales leadership & media agency roles both in Australia and the UK, James is passionate about leveraging technology to unlock new and sustainable digital business models.

Prior to joining Unlockd, James was Head of Digital Sales & Operations at ASX listed Southern Cross Austereo with end to end responsibility for commercialising the company's digital assets. During his time with SCA, James led the successful development and rollout of Australia’s first programmatic audio exchange (a2x) in partnership with Triton Digital.
