Guillaume Brahimi

Born and raised in France, Guillaume Brahimi is one of Australia's most acclaimed and popular chefs. He trained under Michelin-starred chef Joel Robuchon in Paris before moving to Sydney in the 1990s. Since then, he has helmed some of Australia’s most iconic restaurants, including the former Guillaume at Bennelong and Bistro Guillaume. He has also been the recipient of countless awards, authored several cookbooks and has enjoyed a successful media career.

Here, they’ll plate up their own unique take on a three-course vegetarian menu, made using rescued produce. By sharing in a meal at Refettorio OzHarvest, you’ll help feed Sydney’s vulnerable communities.
