Having built a startup from the ground up, Alex has acquired skills and a wealth of knowledge in areas of sales and marketing, team building, product design, leadership and management.

Through The 5TH, Alex hopes to continue facilitating creativity and design.

With a background in publishing and event management, Candice is an entrepreneur who has introduced the brand to over 120 stores globally, whilst intertwining her passion for photography and creative direction.

Steph is the founder and environmental scientist behind the sustainable swimwear brand, OceanZen. Through her experience in marine conservation she learned of the human impacts effecting our oceans, and launched her sustainable brand using a fabric made from recycled plastic bottles and fishing nets from the ocean.

The brand communicates marine conservation for the oceans with a global community of ocean loving women supporting the cause and founder Steph is literally saving the ocean, one bikini at a time.
