Sam Shepherd

Founder, BellRinger Property Group

Sam founded development advisory firm, BellRinger, in response to recognising a shift in the evolution of ‘places’ and how they can provide an improved economic and social impact. He has a unique passion and in-depth knowledge of how retail and the ‘experience economy’ form key drivers in property development projects.

Sam works with a vast range of private, listed and government clients using integrated and disciplined property development fundamentals. Combined with innovative thinking, BellRinger has helped its clients to deliver projects that resonate with target users and the community to drive increased visitation and improved economic performance.

Prior to founding BellRinger, Sam worked at The GPT Group and Citta Property Group as a development manager across a range of project sectors. His recent project experience includes Brookfield’s transformative Wynyard Place redevelopment, Sekisui House’s mixed use high street project Gledswood Village, the ANU University Village project, and providing advice on retail property fundamentals to the City of Sydney for Oxford Street Paddington.
