Robyn Donnelly

Robyn has practiced as both a solicitor and barrister in NSW in criminal and commercial law. An academic career at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, in finance, business and company law followed.

In 2000 she took a position as the Legal Manager for the NSW Registrar of Co-operatives and Associations which included managing the interstate working party of officials to develop the uniform scheme of legislation now operating as the Co-operatives National Law.

She is a member of the Legal Models Working Group for Social Enterprise and provides consulting services to the Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals, whilst providing secretarial and management services to the Bathurst Wholefood Co-operative Ltd.
