Nick Shelton is the director and publisher of Broadsheet Media, an Australian media business with digital publications operating in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
In 2014, Broadsheet launched Scout, an online recruitment platform servicing the hospitality, fashion, media and creative industries. In 2015 Broadsheet launched a pop-up restaurant in Getrude Street, Fitzroy. Running for eight weeks and opening from 7am to 1am, the restaurant offered a tangible and creative Melbourne dining experience. In the same year Broadsheet released their first book, a collection of recipes and stories from Australia's top chefs, mixologists and restaurantuers. The first print run sold out within months.
