Kim Pearce

Co-founder the Possibility Project

Kim Pearce is the co-founder of The Possibility Project, a Sydney based social enterprise that nurtures social justice through the principles of contribution, collaboration and community. She is the mother of four beautiful children, a teacher, meditator, public speaker and change-maker. Kim works intensively with slum communities in Jaipur and is building a product label called slumwear108.

It was in the slums that she realized all the assumptions of her beloved economics and business courses were so wrong – she now dedicates her time to finding new ways of solving economic problems. She is also currently working on growing Sparrow Sanitation, a sanitary health project run by men and women in Jaipur and is passionate about educating people on the immense value that lies within resources we have perviously assumed worth-less.

Kim is speaking at Conscious Change 2016 on June 7, 2016, at the ivy Ballroom, Level 1, The Ivy, 320 George Street, Sydney.
