Co-founder and director of Studio Huss
Jonathan is an urbanist and environmental psychologist. He is a co-founder and director of Studio Huss, a design research practice exploring the relationship between people and the built environment. He is also the principal of The Change Collective, a behaviour change agency that designs, delivers and evaluates interventions for environmental sustainability, health promotion and safety. He serves in an advisory capacity to the award-winning New Zealand charity Sustainable Coastlines. He is a regular public speaker at various national and international conferences and events and contributes to a range of industry journals, magazines and websites. He is currently completing a PhD in Urban Design at the University of Melbourne, exploring the relationship between urban public space design and intercultural encounter.
