Jessica is a Managing Director at Accenture and the Executive Director of the Accenture Foundation. The Foundation exists to provide funding to enable Accenture communities in support of Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship direction. This creates a positive sustainable change in people’s lives and contributes to the well-being of the broader community, in turn, helping to fulfil Accenture’s vision to improve the way the world works and lives.
In addition, Jessica leads Accenture Operation’s “beOperations” mindset change, which focusses on changing the culture to one of caring, people-first management and bringing your whole self to work. Jessica received her BFA from Oklahoma City University and is based out of Chicago, IL. She has two small children, Leo and Eva and is an active participant and promoter of voluntarism in her community.
