Chris Chow is Managing Director of Chris Chow Creative Lawyers, a law firm that specialises in advising clients on contractual, commercial and IP matters in the entertainment and creative industries, as well as assisting clients with entertainment visas. Chris is also a member of the advisory committee of I-Manifest, which is a charity that supports young creatives, and he serves as a member of a subcommittee of the Communications and Media Law Association.
Chris has significant experience working across a range of entertainment and creative industries in connection with the protection of intellectual property and contractual rights on behalf of both talent and businesses. Of note is Chris’ work on the ‘Men at Work/Kookaburra Case’; his work with 5SOS, Alison Wonderland, Hayden James, WHATSONOT and Ben Gillies; his ongoing assistance provided to a number of Australia’s leading creative & talent agencies and his involvement with the Telstra Road to Discovery.
