Customs House shines again! Be enchanted by VORAX – a seamlessly looping 3D animated epic tale of the quest for all-consuming power. The story begins with an otherworldly temple where an unexpected visitor shows up with only one malicious intention in mind -- to become the most powerful being in the world.

Our unwelcome guest steals a magical orb from the centre of this monolithic dome, bestowing supreme power on the thief but also awakening its guardian. An angry stream of lava springs up and transforms its spirit self into a serpentine creature to chase after the intruder. No longer burdened by gravity, the thief fearlessly jumps across multiple dimensions in this ever-changing, prismatic labyrinth.

Nevertheless, the thief’s arrogance gets the best of him. He is engulfed by the overpowering creature and is eventually sentenced to a prison of his own desires as the story comes to a full circle, with the awe-inspiring crystal orb returned to the centre of its magical dome, patiently waiting for the action to start again.

This classic tale of a superhuman falling from grace and meeting justice showcases Ho Sheung Ning’s talent as a one-of-a-kind storyteller. Accompanied by a futuristic musical score and action-driven SFX beats, this timeless Tower of Babel story with an Escher-esque scene design utilizes the neoclassical architecture of Customs House to create a memorable, if not unforgettable, art experience.
