Luminarium

In the depths of the ocean, far from sunlight, fascinating creatures generate their own light through bioluminescence.

The youngest visitors to Vivid Sydney at Chatswood will be the captains of their own magical immersive experience inside the Luminarium in this unique daytime activation at Chatswood Chase.

Children are invited to dress up in special diving suits and helmets, and enter into the Luminarium to encounter the wonders that exist at the bottom of the ocean. Stunning bioluminescent jellyfish change colour as the children move with them through the experience, whilst prehistoric marine life crawls, swims and floats all around.

The Luminarium is located on Level 1 of Chatswood Chase. Daily sessions will run throughout Vivid Sydney at Chatswood from 10:00am to 12:00pm and from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, as well as on Thursday evenings from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
