Event Details

The Freshflix 2019 Film Festival season is going to be bigger than Ben Hur. The team behind what has affectionately become known as Australia’s Festival de C’arn! is cooking up one hell-raiser of an event for the evening of Saturday 8 June. 

After seven phenomenal seasons, Vivid Sydney x Freshflix is back to showcase the best in short film. Their mission: to elevate the brightest shining new talents of Australian and international independent cinema.

Held on the top floor of Sydney's Museum of Contemporary Art, you'll have the best view in town to ogle at the insane Vivid lights of the Opera House and Circular Quay up above the crowds before wrapping your eyeballs on some red-hot shorts.
 

6:00PM: Settle in to watch all the festival goodies on the big screen, along with Freshflix’s signature live music sets. (5PM doors)

9:00PM: Stick around for a very special late night screening of horror, thriller and creepy sci-fi flicks. (8:45PM doors)

Expect next-level fun and frivolity. According to the organisers, ‘There will be Vivid views to die for, awards and beverages a-plenty, and by golly, there will be a sensational time had by all.’
